Who we are
Qaziyo Academy is an online training platform based in Kampala, Uganda. This policy explains how we handle your personal information in line with the Uganda Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.
Information we collect
When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name. When you study we record your quiz answers, scores and course progress. If you leave a review we store your name, rating and comment.
How we use it
We use your information to run your account, save your progress, issue certificates, respond to your questions and improve our courses. We do not sell your information to anyone.
Payments
Certificate fees are paid directly by MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money and are not processed inside this website. We only keep the payment reference you share with us to confirm your certificate.
Storage and security
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. Only authorised Qaziyo staff can view learner records, and only for the purposes described here.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing info@qaziyo.com. We will respond within 30 days.
